Warranty Coverage
Manufacturing Defects: Covers malfunctions caused by production or material issues.
Transport Damage: Covers damage incurred during shipping. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, accompanied by photo evidence.
Warranty Process (Excludes Damage from Customer Resale)
Warranty Application: Submit a warranty request via email at hello@sacredhydrozen.com, including proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and relevant photos.
Review and Response: Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours, and customers will be notified if the issue qualifies under the warranty program.
Handling Method: Qualifying products will be repaired or replaced free of charge. For non-qualifying issues, customers will receive an explanation and the option for paid repair services.
Shipping Costs

Outside Warranty Period: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
